(as a relative),

I wish to express my thanks to Anne and Glenda for the exceptional care given to my much elderly parent at their dental appointment last week.

I was very concerned about my parent having any dental work done due to their age and health issues, but after consultation with Anne, the dentist, we were happy to proceed.

Both Anne and Glenda understood my concerns for my parent and I could not have been happier in the way they looked after them. Anne and Glenda worked very well together to ensure my parent was comfortable throughout the procedure. 

Anne and Glenda - a very big thank you for your kindness, understanding and exceptional care given to my parent.
