(as the patient),

I suffered quite severe chest pains and needed to attend Kerang Hospital early one afternoon. Sister Sally was very professional, efficient and calm as she attended to me, organising relevant tests and pain killers to relieve my distress. I always felt I was in good hands. This was all well supported by sister Julie-Ann who kept a good eye on me, and later shared some good stories when I was feeling much better. 

All round, the service provided was excellent!
