"Visit to Endoscopy Outpatient Unit"

Recently I attended the above unit to undergo an Endoscopy.

I would like to give a huge thanks to all the staff that I was involved with during my visit - from my presentation to reception, the nurse who provided first assessment and then finally the group of medical officers/nurses who supported me throughout the procedure.

I have never felt so well cared for in any previous health setting - such a pleasant and accommodating team - obviously happy in their work and clearly very respectful of each other. If this is a result of a supportive and effective management style - congratulations - but even more kudos to the team if it is the result of their positive interaction and support for each other. Anyway left there albeit feeling a bit sore, but otherwise feeling quite uplifted and in awe of the way I was treated.
