(as the patient),

After a long wait, I believe due to events beyond the control of the under-resourced staff at the Plastics Dept; I was interviewed by an experienced Physician, and then a Surgeon, who explained the possible procedure and the method.

Following that, an appointment was made and the whole process set in motion. Everything was all good in my opinion.
