"Dislocated shoulder"

About: Pemberton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

While out volunteering I dislocated my shoulder. Upon presenting to hospital I received a warm greeting and was put under the care of 2 nurses. Was in a lot of pain, but nurses made me feel comfortable. Was very relieved when my shoulder was put back in and was out of pain.

Dear Damage,

Thank you for your lovely feedback in regards to the care you received at Pemberton Hospital during your recent visit. Dislocated shoulders are very painful and I am glad that the staff were able to attend to your needs and make you feel comfortable. I hope you have made a full recovery and I will ensure that staff are aware of the feedback you have provided.

Regards

Jodie Omodei
