The prompt and excellent treatment given to a patient in extreme respiratory distress was greatly appreciated and I feel it is very reassuring having this level of care in a small country hospital. The nurses did an excellent job plus the ability to link into a doctor remotely worked well.

It is really good to hear that a patient in extreme respiratory distress was provided excellent care and it gave you a feeling of reassurance.

The Emergency Telehealth Service, which allows sites to link in remotely with a specialist doctor, has transformed care for country people.

I hope the patient is now on the road to recovery. I will ensure that the Donnybrook staff are made aware of your feedback.
