My parent moved in a couple of years ago as they were finding it difficult to manage on their own. We went to so many places before this one but once in the door, we were struck with not only how clean the place was but how caring the Manager and staff were.
I said to my parent this place would be ideal but there were no vacancies, however, just as we were leaving the manager said one could be available in a week or so, did we want it?
My parent said yes and the rest is history. They have never regretted their decision once.
From a family point of view, it couldn't be better.
