"Recover my strength and balance"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / PB1W - General Rehabilitation Unit

(as the patient),

While in my opinion, the service of staff needs improving, I believe the use of the gym and the personnel helped me greatly to recover my strength and balance and return me to physical improvement.

Food needs to be better in my opinion.

Dear 1967,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding your care during your time at the Prince of Wales Hospital. I would be happy to discuss this matter further if you could please contact us via email at seslhd-generalmanager-powhsseh@health.nsw.gov.au.

It’s well recognised that eating and drinking well whilst in hospital is important for all patients’ health and recovery. Food in NSW Health hospitals is supplied by HealthShare Food Services who have been informed of your concerns.

Warm Regards,

Natalie
