I was recently admitted to Prince Of Wales Hospital after a severe fall which caused my head to collide with a wall, and resulted in some physical injuries, as well as bouts of vertigo.
I was fortunate that Ross of the Occupational Therapy Department had, I felt, expertise in treating patients with vertigo and teaching them to cope.
I had a number of treatment sessions with Ross as an in-patient and afterwards as an outpatient, and each time I felt his experience, explanations and general demeanour helped to alleviate my anxiety.
I wish to put on the record my thanks to Ross and my view that the Occupational Therapy Department is fortunate to have such an asset.
"Thank You, Ross!"
