This is a story/review that is overdue and I'm sorry I hadn't uploaded it sooner for it doesn't bring the credit and appreciation to the people that deserve it. My partner and I felt nervous when we found out we were pregnant, as a lot of new parents do! 

Our experience with Box Hill maternity was outstanding, in my opinion. From the administration team assisting in coordinating all our appointments; to the midwives, doctors and specialists, we had such a positive experience; celebrated with the safe arrival of our baby last year. We felt that you respected our wishes and we appreciated your honesty and transparency.

Thank you for the incredible team at Box Hill Maternity!!

Congratulations on the safe arrival of your baby last year. Things have no doubt become very 'normal' for you over the past months for you and your family and I trust you are all fit and well.

I appreciate you taking the time to share these comments regarding your experience and the impact the whole maternity team at Box Hill Hospital had. It will give me great pleasure to share your kind words with them so they see this first hand.
