Was visiting hospital Emergency Department in Dandenong hospital 4 times in two months. I had a problem with catheter blockage and visit the hospital at different times, day and nights.
Every time, even when the staff were busy, I felt I was attended to in reasonable time, usually, within hour longest wait, average 30 minutes. The nurses and doctors, what I have seen, have been very respectful and professional in their work, as well as the people at reception and triage nurse.
