"Day Surgery Bentley Health Campus"

I had a procedure recently at Bentley Health Campus (BHC).  

I would like to compliment the staff; from the pre-admission Nurse who called me with the details of my procedure on days before my procedure, at the time specified - so no waiting around for the call (I'm sorry to say I didn't catch her name - but she was charming); to the Nursing staff on the ward, RN Mary and RN Naomi, who were efficient and took the time to answer my questions and took great care of me (and the others on the ward) before and after the procedure; and finally, to Dr So and Dr Adrian who visited me before the procedure and again, were happy to answer questions.  

The whole process was done so proficiently in my opinion. Including the RN calling my partner so they would be there to collect me promptly, and finally being escorted out to the car to ensure I was safely on my way.
