(as a parent/guardian),

My toddler recently under went a day procedure at Sale Hospital, which was their first time in the hospital since their birth. I felt the nurses were all friendly and engaging to my child, which I felt made them more relaxed.

Despite my child not interacting much, the staff still interacted with them and knew when to give them space, when they were overwhelmed. 

The visiting specialist and anaesthetist were brilliant, in my opinion, and I am very grateful they have the opportunity to operate at Sale, saving us a trip to Melbourne.
