Because of the Coronavirus, we expected extra hygiene to be in place. In my opinion, it is disgusting to think that the mobile tray over the bed wasn't wiped once, over the two days that my partner was in the hospital.
I am furious, as when I entered the hospital I was asked all the relevant questions and temperature checked, etc before I could go and see my partner which is what I expected but where did the infection control disappear from there?
