During my recent stay in the hospital, the care from nurses, staff and doctor, was excellent, in my opinion. But I was frustrated and amazed that this hospital does not have patient access to WiFi. Other hospitals do.
As a private patient, I had free Herald/Sun & other goodies but was unable to access my digital AGE newspaper or play word games with friends.
I have written to the board previously in regard to this matter and in their correspondence to me, they indicated they were, "looking into it" - that was 12 months ago.
Times have changed - we need access to our devices!
