"Women's health physiotherapy post-delivery"

I got refer to the Royal Hospital for Women physio department post-delivery for some concerns. I had some hesitations before attending my appointment, I thought it may be embarrassed to talk about my situation.

I met a few physiotherapists and they are all professional, they listened to my concerns and gave me good advice. Polly is so wonderful that she helped me with my treatments, taught me some good exercises. My symptoms are much less now compared to before, very mild now. I am so happy that I am close to being "normal" again.
