I believe a particular senior staff member is clearly from the old-school. But I felt they interfered with a resident and a family member by not keeping various things confidential. In my opinion, this staff member was rude to my friend and caused a lot of trouble. I believe they were in the wrong and made so much unnecessary trouble - they should have stayed out of things.
In my opinion, it was not their job to do what they did. I believe they made up stories to cover their own back but it is much worse than this and too much to reveal here. I believe my friend is so upset, so wronged.
