Just a few words regarding Swan Community Care Services based in Midland WA.
My elderly parent has had a Level 2 Home Care Package with Swan for the last 2 years and the service has been exemplary. Personal / Domestic Care / Support Workers are all efficient and on time. Special mention to Coordinator Karen who does an outstanding job looking after my parent and their needs, and any query or help the family require is alway promptly attended too. Highly recommended to all.
