"Exceptional service"

We transferred our parent's level 4 home care package from another provider to Meditech a few months ago. We were previously paying for case management and administration fees.

Meditech does not charge any of these fees but the level of service we have received is above and beyond all our expectations. Tracey ensured a smooth transition from our previous provider. We never wait for replies to emails, as we did before. Questions we have are, in my opinion, thoroughly researched and promptly responded to.

If we require allied services, they are efficiently organised. Nothing is too difficult for Tracey, we cannot thank her enough, she makes us feel as if we are her only client and that is a gift.

Thank you Tracey, I believe Meditech have hit the jackpot as an aged care service provider and with you as their employee.
