To the wonderful pre-admission nurse who called me for my pre-admission via phone this week (Danielle maybe, sorry I missed your name). 

Thank you for caring, for being understanding, and for just being so darn amazing! 

Your kindness, understanding and kind words made my heart smile and you made me feel at ease about my upcoming operation. You were prepared and organised. But you didn’t treat me like a number, you treated me like your friend but stayed professional at the same time!
