"My Interstitial Cystitis"

I started to have serious bladder problems after my surgery back in 2013. I have continued to have symptoms without any diagnosis or answers.

Finally, in 2017 I was referred to the Royal Women's Hospital for my yeast infection as a result of my bladder. It took them another 1.5 years to figure out I have interstitial cystitis. The specialist there said that they don't have treatment for me!

In 2019 my GP referred me to Mercy Hospital and finally they started treating me later that year but a few months later symptoms came back. I call Mercy Hospital and asked for an urgent review. After the review a few months ago, the specialist gave me an appointment for 8 months later with a 3-day diary!
