After using Aged Care Guide to contact Athelstan to express our interest in the apartments and to be placed on a mailing list for information about vacancies etc., we have had no response at all. Not even an acknowledgement of our interest. We find that very disappointing as other similar retirement providers have been far more proactive in acknowledging our interest and keeping us informed.
