My child was recently brought to Wonthaggi Hospital Emergency Dept by ambulance. The care and attention was fantastic - by both the paramedics and hospital team. Particular thanks to nurse, Chris, who was very caring, professional, observant and reassuring to both my child and myself. Thank you!

Dear runninghh95,

Thanks so much for taking the time to provide this feedback. I know from personal experience that it is very worrying having a sick child and the best we can do in those circumstances is to provide good care, and be reassuring. I am so pleased that our ED team did this and I will be sure to pass on the feedback.
