"Poor treatment of deaf people"

Very peeved. I believe this practice does not reply to emails from their published email address. I am deaf and have a lot of difficulty on the phone. On speaker, I can often hear most people, but most can't hear me and people continue to talk over me.

In my opinion, they offer zero help or services for deaf people for booking or communication. I feel it's as though we do not exist. You can't book online so have to go to the door to literally be, in my opinion, interrogated and technically assaulted with a sticker put on my injured shoulder without permission or explanation.

I believe they have a super bad tone and attitude and despite saying I cannot hear the staff member, I feel they raced away with their questions in an accusatory manner wrt Covid19.

Previous I requested to speak to the CEO who I believe refused to talk to me. Whilst waiting, I noticed that staff seemed to be constantly saying they can't hear patients on the phone so maybe their phone system is shot. I believe there is no formal process for complaints either. I will be going elsewhere. Disgusted.
