"Kind, caring and professional"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital

(as a service user),

Attended the clinic for a swab. The nursing staff who manned that clinic were all exceptional. They were kind, caring and professional.

Another person who was also getting a swab starting yelling at the nurses for not getting them a medical note. They calmed this person down and were professional in the face of verbal aggression.

Another nurse patiently explained to an elderly patient they couldn’t get the bus home.
