I last had an email from them a few months ago. So I rang BlueCare in Hervey Bay to find out what was happening. It appears that they tried to ring me but I never heard their calls.
Anyway, a new visit was arranged recently. Since then, I have heard nothing from anyone and still waiting for some home assistance.
