The nursing staff are beautiful and caring. 

Kitchen has a lovely meal service.

In my opinion, the cleaning service could be improved if the cleaner was using the same mop from room to room. Hygiene - come on - I believe in these times shouldn't be so slack. In my opinion, they were standing around talking instead of cleaning.

The concern you raised in regard to changing of the mop from room to room, please be assured auditing occurs on a monthly basis by the support services co-ordinator in line with the Environmental Cleaning Policy and will be monitored by this process.
