"Attitude of some staff"

I was in Monash Hospital Dandenong. Most of the nursing staff was great except nurse in charge, I found them unhelpful and condescending about my need for home help when I returned home. Talking about the need of my children making sacrifices in COVID-19 pandemic by not seeing me in person.

1 child works in aged care. 2nd child works as a teacher. 3rd one lives roundtrip up to 240kms and nor healthy.

I felt the doctors and social workers were great.

One of the problems I had being a senior citizen was the tiny cup handles. I just could not hold them at all.
