"Podiatry appointment"

Went to Star Health in South Melbourne for my first ever podiatry appointment. I was treated by Mark. By the end of that hour, my feet and toenails looked terrific! All the hard skin was gone, my nails looked healthy and I felt relaxed and happy.

Mark was very gentle, professional and listened to my concerns about my feet.

I also had upcoming foot surgery so my feet needed care and attention prior to that. As my surgery was postponed I was able to book another podiatry appointment and requested Mark who was working at the Prahran premises, so I followed him there, as you do! 

Excellent customer service skills which are very much appreciated, thank you, Mark, for a truly memorable experience.
