"Extremely poor service"

About: House Call Doctor

(as a service user),

After a requesting a home visit by a Dr for my spouse who was violently ill, 2.5 hours later I got a Telehealth call from a Dr who advised that my spouse needed a house call Dr to administer an injection to help them stop vomiting.

This we knew and was why we called the House Call Dr. When I asked when a Dr would be coming, they advised that they had no Drs in our area and advised me to call another home visiting Dr service.

The fact that this was not disclosed at the time of my initial call, 2.5 hours earlier, is in my opinion, negligent as my spouse then had to start the wait time all over again. The whole time suffering needlessly.

I will never use this service again.

P.S. the next service I called was fantastic.
