(as the patient),

I recently went to Bunbury Hospital's ED because I was in a lot of pain following a procedure. I felt the Triage nurse on duty belittled me, made me feel stupid for coming in and made me feel worthless. In my opinion, they had a scold look on their name and the entire consult was extremely blunt. There has been another occasion back earlier this year when I had to present because of viral gastro. I felt they were very rude then also.
