(as the patient),

My experience of the care given me from the time of arrival by air from another hospital was nothing short of exemplary. The surgical team and nursing staff made me feel I was in the best care and facilities available anywhere in the world.

While my quadruple coronary bypass surgery wasn't without some trauma, it was kept to an absolute minimum by the very caring and professional staff. 

In CTICU, Hosea and Shaun were wonderful and far too dismissive by any praise we offered. Fiona, in Dickinson 3, South Ward, was very attentive, prompt and particularly outstanding in her ability and willingness to perform her nursing duties, she went the extra mile to alleviate the stress and discomfort.
