My wife recently spent over 100 days in the ICU facility at St George and during this lengthy stay, we not only dealt with the entire team, ICU, specialist, doctors, but also were assisted continually by the exceptional nurses, physiotherapists, OT's, social workers, ward assistances and the admin staff.
On top of the exceptional caring team from ICU, my wife had teams from Neurology, Oncology, Haematology, Speech pathology, ENT, Palliative pain management and Psychology assist and care for her.
Words cannot express my admiration for the exceptional work all these people do and the way in which they conducted themselves and cared for my wife, I admire their compassion and professionalism.
