"Becoming a parent"

About: Albany Health Campus / Maternity Ward

(as the patient),

Recently I was induced due to decelerations to babies heart rate. The maternity team at Albany Health Campus made me feel comfortable and explained the processes and answered any questions I had.

Even though my birth didn't go quite to plan and there were a few hiccups along the way, I didn’t ever feel scared or worried about the process. The midwives kept calm and made me feel very safe which allowed me to stay relaxed and focussed.

I cannot thank these wonderful ladies enough for the care during and after birth. I stayed 4 nights in total, nothing I requested was too hard or any trouble!

Can’t wait for my next baby to meet them all again and get spoilt ❤️
