Hunters Hill Private, very welcoming staff. Good screening procedures for COVID. Staff adhering to mask-wearing.
Kate, in post-op recovery, was very warm and had a good sense of humour. Couldn't have done enough to make sure my young child was comfortable, including giving them a band-aid for their forehead when they requested it.
On the ward, Mel and Prash were very welcoming and explained everything. Very warm and attentive to their little patient.
The kitchen staff were very patient focussed and accommodating when something we ordered wasn't on the tray. Very professional and prompt.
