"Badly managed appointment booking"

About: Broome Health Campus / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My spouse and I are both self-employed and cancelled clients to attend a specialist appointment with our child recently. When we arrived, they informed us that the appointment had been put in for the following week (news to us).

Returned on that date for the afternoon appointment, waited 40 minutes in the waiting room with a very young child, was asked for a weigh-in and measure and then told sorry there's no Paediatricians on board today, so we left.

I've cancelled the whole referral as I cannot take any more time off work. In my opinion, badly managed guys. How can you not know your specialists aren't in the building? P****d off.
