"Partner's Experience"

About: Perth Children's Hospital / Medical Illustrations

(as a carer),

No empathy, no care for how you feel. Travelled for hours to get here and now 5 hours here and have not been offered something to eat. Feeling too guilty to even ask. Waiting 15+ minutes for a baby bottle.

I'm baffled at how they seem to treat their patients. Just look at other reviews. In my opinion, it seems like profiling as I believe some appear to have the time of their lives.

I am very sorry that they have felt this way during their time here, given that we have compassion and equity as two of our key values at the hospital. I can imagine how stressful it must have been to travel for so long and then for us to fall short of appropriately supporting your family.
