"Positive Birth Classes"

Attended weekend Telehealth positive birthing classes prior to the birth of our child. 

I would highly recommend these classes to continue either via face to face or Telehealth platform. They are informative, educational and provide evidence based practice and empowerment strategies. I feel so much more prepared for my birth and first couple of weeks with my newborn. I will be recommending these classes to all of my friends. 

The organisers were very prepared for the sessions, approachable and I feel i have been provided with so many fantastic resources to further my learning. 

I feel these classes have improved my confidence and allowed me to make informed decisions about my healthcare and have difficult conversations when required. 

I have developed a better relationship with my health care providers after attending these courses.
