(as a service user),

I'm finishing the program soon and I feel great. I have developed a really positive outlook for my life thanks to the support and guidance of staff and the community at Logan House.

I tried to get better myself and was unsuccessful, but thanks to the professional counselling and constant peer support I have seen so much change within myself, I'm looking forward to my future and I never thought I'd say that.

I came here miserable and desperate for change and in a short time here, I have learnt so many valuable skills. I'll never regret coming here or making the choice to stick it through.

Thank you for taking time to make a post on Care Opinion and for acknowledging the contribution of staff and community from Lives Lived Well's Logan House.

It is great to hear that you have shifted from a 'miserable and desperate for change' situation to having a positive outlook to life and looking forward to your future. What a big change and well done for persisting and choosing 'to stick it through'.

It is amazing how often our own efforts do not open the door to a new way of living. Then with the right support we find that 'key' and a new path emerges for us we never dreamed was possible.
