Thank you so much for sending in your positive comment regarding the care given to you by Janelle at our Albany collection centre. It is always our aim to deliver such care and I am pleased that was the case on this occasion. The phlebotomists do a marvellous job often under difficult conditions. I will be sure to pass this on to Janelle and her manager at Albany.
