About: St George Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

I accompanied my partner to emergency at night and were met with what we felt was a rude and dismissive person the enquiries counter.  

We were quite stressed and this person added to it instead of making us feel like we were in good hands. In my opinion, a totally unprofessional approach from this person.
