"Missed appointment"

About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a specialist appointment phone call booked as I live remote. They missed my appointment. I rang the following day and went to message bank all day. I had to wait until the following week, which when I did call, they said they can book me in a few weeks time. Not good enough in my opinion. Still waiting!
