(as the patient),

While on a caravanning trip through the Avon Valley, I developed a severe case of diarrhoea. I presented at the Emergency Department at Northam Hospital early in the morning. I received immediate attention from the nursing staff, followed up by the Doctor on site.

The service and treatment provided were excellent. I have since had a follow-up call from the Doctor as to an update on the tests carried out and also as to my overall wellbeing.

I wish to thank those involved and acknowledge the wonderful public health service we have here in Regional WA.
