About: Cowes Phillip Island Health Hub

(as the patient),

I recently visited the Philip Island Health Hub during the night and I was so impressed and grateful for the excellent care and service I received. The staff were incredibly reassuring and kind. It was my first visit to the Health Hub and I was blown away with how caring and professional all of the staff were. 

I saw the doctor in a very short wait time and received exceptional care and felt very well looked after.

Thank you, to all of the staff that was working that evening. I am incredibly grateful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. I know the staff at the Hub will be very chuffed. They do a great job and we are blessed to have the Government's support in providing this excellent service.

It's usually much quieter overnight and so there is an ability for staff to be able to respond quickly to meet your needs. I hope whatever took you there has resolved, and please feel free to spread the word that this great service is available 24 hours a day.
