"Haematology Ward care"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 4N - Haematology and Oncology Ward

(as the patient),

I was cared for in the Haematology Ward P10W for 4 weeks following diagnosis. All staff were very professional, and I felt comfortable with all doctors, nurses, and admin staff I spoke to during my treatment.

The care from the nurses was skilled and respectful, and I felt that they were all very dedicated and patient. As a recently diagnosed person, the staff at PW10 provided me with excellent care that made me feel more at ease. Thank you, staff.

Dear patienthaematology,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience post-diagnosis on our Haematology Unit here at Prince of Wales Hospital.

I am very pleased to hear that during your stay you found the staff to be skilled, respectful and dedicated to ensuring you had a positive journey throughout a time that can be very daunting.

Our PB10W team strives to provide high standards of care. I will ensure that your kind words of gratitude are passed on to the staff and I hope you continue to recover well post your diagnosis.

Warm Regards,
