"MGP4 care"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

Extremely happy and impressed with their care, and feel very blessed to have been put under their care, especially since having heard that not every woman gets the same service - i.e. continuity of care with the same midwife both during pregnancy and after the baby is born, including as part of their visiting midwife service.

Dear happy new mumma,

I would like to extend my congratulations to you and your family on the birth of your child. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS). I am pleased to hear that your experience with our service was a positive one.

It is great to hear that you had such wonderful support from our Midwifery Group Practice Team 4 (MGP4). We are incredibly proud of this team and the way they work with our patients to achieve positive outcomes during the pregnancy and birthing journey. WNHS would certainly like to expand the MGP service for our families in the future as our numbers grow so that more women in the community can access care from the same small group of midwives for the duration of their pregnancy, labour and birth and in the postnatal period.

I wish you and your family the best for the future.

Regards

Jodi Graham
