Community Nurses have visited me often after procedures and operations, they are always kind and helpful.

The last time Nurses came, I had developed an ulcer on my ankle bone after I fell down steps and chipped off a small bony bit left after my operation to fix 3 fractures and 3 dislocations in my right ankle. I now suffer CRPS, my living nightmare of pain, the ulcer tripled the pain and it was deep.

Nurses came for over a year and I was discharged when ulcer was a small slit. I had always thought there was a tunnel, it wasn't long after that the ulcer opened up again and another ulcer opened up where I thought the tunnel was, more, smaller sores appeared along the plate scar line.

My Dr referred me to Community Nursing again and they were very prompt in ringing me but I thought I'd try and fix it myself. At much the same time, my child took one of our dogs to the vet and they were prescribed an Antibiotic Lotion. I decided to give it a go on my ulcer and infected fungi toenails that I had to keep removing, I can't believe it but ulcers and toenail beds are almost cured in such a short time. Pain is almost non-existent. It's not the 1st time I've used animal care products and have been equally amazed how much quicker the healing time has been.

No way at all am I putting down normal treatment I was given, I just thought I would write and mention how I finally healed the ulcers. Maybe only animal treatments work on me, I wonder if there is an animal treatment for nerve pain. Every Nursing team who have visited me over the years have been wonderful and caring.
