About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I recently took my parent into Busselton Hospital Emergency where, from the minute they arrived to discharge 3 days later, they received the best treatment I have ever experienced. We couldn't find fault in anyone from the nurses, doctors, reception, imaging, orderlies &  the ambulance drivers. I would personally like to thank everyone for all their great work and also the hospice nurse & palliative care volunteers.  With my parent being stuck in Australia after arriving pre-COVID, it was nice to see all the positivity and friendliness from the staff to help them enjoy their time in Australia which still may be a lot longer.

Keep up the great work Busselton & remain proud of the great job you do.

Dear content parent,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. What your parent has gone through with their illness sounds very tough and I'm so pleased all our staff made a difference to you and your family during this time. Busselton Health Campus strives to be a close community of healthcare workers, support workers and volunteers who themselves live in our wonderful community and always aim to give the best care possible.

The care they provide day in and day out is amazing. We don't always get it right, but we constantly strive to. Sharing this lovely feedback will make the day of the carers and support staff on the frontline. Knowing they have made a difference in your parent's journey is especially pleasing and I am sure will put a smile on the faces of all the teams that make up this wonderful hospital community.
