(as the patient),

On behalf of quite a few oldies in Carnarvon, I wish to commend Susie for her commitment and dedication to our well being at Gently Gym and Aqua Aerobics.

With her happy personality, she is always well prepared, encouraging us to work to our ability. Varying her activities to assist with any specific needs and adapting exercises for those unable to join in the majority.

With the personal interest that she takes with each one of us, she manages to structure our sessions so that we are able to bend more easily in the places that haven't moved for some time.
