(as the patient),

My story is a simple one, directed to the staff at the Dental Clinic.

I am a nervous patient. However, I forger my nervousness around Dylan. He is wonderful. His calm manner enables me to remain cool, calm and collected.

The reception staff are great. Specifically Jeff. I believe he treats everybody with courtesy and friendliness. I feel he really does care and it is extremely heart warming.
